The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for your customers. The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. Your customers can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. If your customers can't find an answer, they can submit a support request.

Each user in your community has a Help Center profile (Guide Professional only), so your community members can get to know one another better. Profiles contain relevant information about the community member, along with their activities and contributions to the community. Profiles also give each community member the option to follow another user and get notifications when that user makes a post or comment.

I see all the modifications you , been making to the helbreath game, Achievements' is very good, Rebirths, also good, attest when we reach (+20} it will be :-) However, ONE Great mistake in the modification, was the mailbox…being put in the townhall, :-( instead of the Warehouses, like on the farm,.. the farm??? Now with the rebirth, seasoned players have to constantly return to farm, for rebirth procedure ,,, Player's are now needing more mob pits, i notice a lot of bikkering going on over pit access between players, some even leaving the game, as i threaten to do,, ,every time i have to go townhall to use mailbox, to train Alchemy, Als looter,,,my other char, has bodyparts, in mailbox she cant access because TOO heavyweight, so in adition to replacing the mailbox, it has to allow partial withdrawal of mailbox contents. please find these words helpful, with great consideration to the request of mailbox's problems, extra farm pits, even remove lvl limit on farm dungeon . thank you. OOOPS !! i forgot PLEASE,PLEASE,,,, can you flash warning of RAID DAY' on screen a couple minutes before it starts :-) although this is PVP game,. I (like a few others) am only a monster hunter, my age has restricted my PVP, ability, because of my lack of computer skills, & just far too slow useing a keyboard, so generally targeted for that reason, lol & am instantly murdered if im working in pit, & raid starts without me being aware, raid day was activated, This is a BIG concern to me, because i was hunting close to town, unaware of raid activation, & was jumped by Elves, murdered in a second, & dropped my most treasured, Golem Necklaces, that helped so much, with defence against the bigger Monster, happend about January, still havent found a replacement drop yet.. So because of my lack of pc skills, i dont venture into IB were i can get good dops, because of the extremely low grop rate in this server, i would be the most murerded player on site, if i was to look for good weapon drop, Playing HB since 1979/80. im reluctant to move on :-) raid day warning please :-) thank you.
